These terms apply to every purchase made on bakehearth.com (the "Store"), operated by Azarexa LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We sell digital products: PDF files delivered by download link. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains. Photographs of baked goods on the Store are examples of what the recipes and techniques can produce; your results will differ.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through Stripe. We do not store your card details. You must provide a valid email address: that is where the download link is sent. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if a price was displayed in error.
After payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. Links are personal and expire after a period stated in the email; if a link expires or fails, email hello@bakehearth.com and we will send a new one. Check your spam folder before writing.
Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the files on their own devices and to print them for their own kitchen. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or redistribute the files or any part of them, or use their text or photographs in any product, class or publication. Baked goods made from the recipes may be sold; the written recipes and images may not. We may revoke access for breach.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded, except where the law of your state gives you a right that cannot be excluded, or where the file is defective and we cannot replace it within a reasonable time. If you bought the wrong product or ordered twice by mistake, write to us within 7 days and we will sort it out. See the Refund Policy.
Our products are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical or dietary advice. Content that describes laws, regulations, taxes or business practices, including any state-by-state summary, is general information compiled from public sources as of the date shown, may be incomplete or out of date, and must be verified with the relevant authority or a licensed professional before you rely on it. We do not guarantee any particular baking result or any level of sales or income. Any prices, costs, margins or order numbers in our products are illustrative examples, not promises. See the Earnings Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our products.
All content on the Store and in our products, including text, recipes as written, photographs, design and the Bakehearth name, belongs to Azarexa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Wyoming / state of registration], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
