Our products are digital files delivered instantly by download link. That shapes this policy.

Sales are final after download

Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, because a digital file cannot be returned. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your state that cannot be excluded.

When we do refund

• Duplicate order: you were charged twice for the same product. Full refund of the duplicate, no questions.
• Wrong product: you bought one product meaning to buy another, within 7 days, and have not downloaded the file, or you agree to an exchange for the product you meant to buy.
• Defective file: the file is corrupted or does not open, and we cannot supply a working replacement within 3 business days of your email.
• Not delivered: you never received a working download link and we cannot resend one that works.

How to ask

Email hello@bakehearth.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we will provide the bank with the order and download records. Please write to us first; it is faster for everyone.
