Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what Azarexa LLC ("we"), operator of bakehearth.com, does with your personal information. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • When you buy: your name (if you enter one), email address, billing country and postal code, the product bought, the amount, and the order and download records. Payment details (card number, expiry, security code) go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store them.
  • When you write to us: your email and what you write.
  • When you visit: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time) and, if you accept, analytics and advertising cookies or pixels (for example Meta Pixel) that tell us which ads and pages led to a purchase.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your download and provide support (performance of the contract).
  • To send you an order confirmation, the download link, and, if you agreed at checkout or signed up, occasional emails about new products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To measure and improve our site and advertising (legitimate interest, or consent where required).
  • To prevent fraud and comply with law, including tax records.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us under contract: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and security), our email provider (transactional and marketing email), Meta and Google (advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer, and block cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires (generally 7 years). Marketing email data until you unsubscribe. Server logs for a short period for security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, the EU or UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email hello@bakehearth.com; we will verify your identity by replying to the email used at checkout and respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our site and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store as little as possible, and rely on Stripe and Cloudflare for payment and infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
